I have over 15 years of trade experience to bring to your project, together with my regular sub contractors who deal with all my certified works (gas, electricity etc) we can supply all services utilising 2 carpenters, a gas safe approved fitter, Decorator, plasterers, bricklayers, part p 17th edition electricians and many other contacts to fit windows, carpets etc etc. I have trade accounts with most major suppliers of kitchens such as Howdens and Magnet and other trade retailers such as travis perkins. I am a small company with big capabilities, and being a small operation I can supply a more personal experience for you.
You will deal with only those that do the work and not some office that sends people who you have never met or spoken to. Jobs are planned well in advance with all materials arriving onsite (where possible) a minimum of a week before work commences, to allow you time to check that you are happy before things get glued screwed or otherwise permenantly fixed to your walls and floors !! As I am a small company I ask that payment for all major works be paid 50% on day 1 25% at the midway point and the final 25% upon completion of the work, this covers all materials costs at the start and allows me to pay the guys who work for me promptly.
